Tram Australia is committed to providing the highest standards of sales and service with industry-based sales professionals, qualified engineers and training personnel ready to assist you.

Customers have given us great feedback on our after-sales service. We enter into a service agreement with you which includes a post-implementation review of the product where you provide feedback on its performance, regular service checks, maintenance and/or repairs where necessary and comprehensive product training.

TRAM comes with a two (2) year warranty on wearable parts, a ten (10) year warranty on castings and a five (5) year warranty on the TRAM arm.
